Content can take many formats, but the most important thing is that it is the best answer to what users are looking for.

When a user looks for an article, they usually want to clear up a doubt or get information regarding a specific topic. Therefore, articles should be functional and provide users with only useful and necessary information.

Articles can be divided into two types: 

  • Conceptual: explain business concepts and describe features;
  • How-to: guide the user through a task in a step-by-step logic.

We emphasize that the ideal (and also the most challenging) is to combine these two types to explain a feature not only in a step-by-step logic, but also from the conceptual point of view of the business and added value for the user

Instructional videos allow a simple and direct demonstration of the steps needed to perform a task or even present the technical potential of a product.

However, they are difficult to maintain and therefore very expensive. We only create videos for the products’ key features.

By combining images, diagrams and icons, infographics help to visually communicate complex information in an immediate, clear and attractive way. They are especially useful for explaining more complicated or dynamic concepts such as processes or flows.

Manuals are instruction guides which serve to explain complex or time-consuming technical processes in detail, whether at the level of configuring or using a product or utility.

They should accompany the reader step by step in the execution of their tasks, allowing a holistic, detailed and practical view of the different procedures and scenarios.

Creating dynamic strategies to warn the user about news or alert them to a particular feature or configuration is increasingly essential in the digital world.

Technical releases are used to inform partners about news and changes in the products, namely in terms of legal and fiscal issues, feature updates and/or possible errors.

Furthermore, they can be used to highlight particularly relevant help content, as well as guide users by referring to documentation published by official authorities.
